Diving deep inside oneself, discovering a sanctuary to heal the body and spirit and balancing the scales of life are some of he pillars that have been channeling through my yoga practice.
For me yoga is not just the art of performing asanas and how the body looks on the outside, it is mostly about the work that must be done within.
Diving deep inside oneself, discovering a sanctuary to heal the body and spirit and balancing the scales of life.
A few years ago yoga came back into my life and I went all-in.
Through various journeys and life experiences, having lived many years abroad and flying all over Europe as a profession, I somehow didn’t give my mind-body-soul the attention and respect it deserved.
Becoming a mother at a later stage in my life I felt the need to at last take the journey inward.
Deep inside I felt I wanted others to be able to experience this so I enrolled in the Yin Yoga teacher training at Yoga Minds where I was given the tools to guide others in their practice of slowing down and turning inward.
It is now my greatest honor to be teaching at the same place where my journey started.
Wanting to deepen my practice and journey to the Self, I am currently following the Hatha - Vinyasa teacher training.
For me it is not just about complicated asanas but about feeling the connection mind-body-soul again and realizing that who you are has always been good enough.
Yoga on the mat is great and what you do with it off the mat is equally important.
My mission is to make your inner light shine again. Staying true to yourself instead of what others think, self love, inner strength and inner peace.
The journey continues and you are very welcome to join…
