Sound healing concert with Robin Roberts.
Saturday November 23th 2024 | 15:00 - 16:30
We are creating a space between the conscious and subconscious mind using a broad selection of instruments such as singing bowls and gongs. But also harps and rainsticks.
Sound Healing triggers our relaxation response, which is beneficial for health, healing and overall balance in our bodies and mind. During this session you will be laying down or when preferred seated. With the eyes closed if this is comfortabel for you. Sound Healing is used to alleviate symptoms caused by many mental health conditions such as anxiety, PTSD,behavioural and psychiatric disorders, and much more. But most important is the overall state of relaxation. It can help lower stress, blood pressure, cholesterol levels, and the risk of heart conditions such as artery disease and stroke, whilst improving sleep quality and overall well being. Join this journey of bliss.

Make it extra comfortable for yourself.
We supply yogamats and blankets. But feel fre to bring a pillow and maybe even a camping sleeping mat for extra comfort. Maybe you even have some eye pillows to bring with you. Make sure not to eat for at least one hour before the session. The door opens 30 minutes before the session so you have time to create a nice space for yourself. The door will close 5 minutes before we start. So please don't be late.
