Reduce stress, deepen awareness
This Yoga Nidra workshop is suitable for everybody who can manage to lay down for about 60 minutes. You can bring a comfortable mat or mattress, a pillow and a blanket. We do have blankets and yogamats free of use for you in our studio.
Yoga Nidra is a powerful technique to reduce stress, deepen awareness and give positive impulses to the subconscious. Completely relax while staying aware to reach a restful and healing state between sleeping and being awake. Releasing physical, mental and emotional tension will leave you feeling deeply relaxed and revitalised.
In this workshop we will start with a gentle asana practice, preparing the body for an extended shavasana. Then we lay down for an hour of Yoga Nidra. Afterwards we will have a tea together and reflect with the option to share experiences. Feel free to bring a notebook, your own blanket and eye cover. No previous experience needed, everybody is welcome!
This training is for everybody, from beginners to advanced practicioners. We dive deep into the power Yoga Nidra. The sleep of the yogi.
