Vinyasa-, Hatha-, Restorative- and Yin Yoga teacher at Yoga Minds Amstelveen.

I always felt an affinity for eastern culture and philosophy. Thanks to my parents I grew up surrounded by Buddhist art and books, which sparked my curiosity.

Dance has also been a big part of my life. I started ballet at the age of 4, developing a love for movement early on.

While studying Biology I gained a deeper understanding of the body and how it interacts with its environment and I felt the need to find new ways to deal with stress and challenges. I became more serious about yoga and meditation in 2016, when I started practicing with a private teacher and going to silent retreats.

The benefits of both were so astonishing to me and my life quality so drastically improved, I felt compelled to share my practice with others. I decided to join my first Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga Minds in 2019, immersing myself in the world of Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga. 

Since then I have been teaching and expanding my knowledge continuously and completed further trainings in physical adjusting, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Reiki. I consider it both a pleasure and an honour to share these tools, helping others on their path to optimal health as well as peace of mind - providing the body and mind with the right conditions to heal themselves.
